off center farm

Farm Overview

Off Center Farm is a diversified vegetable, cut flower, and dye plant farm outside of New Haven, Connecticut. My young family and our love of foraging and making things from nature inform many of our farm activities. We grow using no or minimal tillage using organic methods to produce healthy and beautiful produce and flowers to our community for sale through an on site farm stand and wholesale flower market. I am slowly growing this farm while raising babies and hope to gradually expand our 1 acre growing area to the additional 6+ acres of our property. The farmhand will help with all aspects of the farm enterprise, with the opportunity to learn first hand about farm start up.
