3. Gather Documents

​The Portal will be open sometime in September (exact date TBD). Until then, farmers can prepare by gathering the following: 

• W-9 Form

• CT Certificate of Legal Existence

• FSA Farm Number, if applicable

• Tax Parcel ID and physical address for each associated property

• IRS Schedule F (Form 1040) or other documentation as approved by CT DoAg, for applicable years.

Something very specific to this program is the AGR Estimate Worksheet which is required to apply. This ~12 minute webinar goes over the worksheet and how to fill it out, line by line. And, here's some help filling it out.
