2. Review DoAg's Resources

DoAg's Program Overview page includes basics on eligibility, available assistance, as well as a space to subscribe to email updates on the program.

3. Gather Documents

​The Portal will be open sometime in September (exact date TBD). Until then, farmers can prepare by gathering the following: 

• W-9 Form

• CT Certificate of Legal Existence

• FSA Farm Number, if applicable

• Tax Parcel ID and physical address for each associated property

• IRS Schedule F (Form 1040) or other documentation as approved by CT DoAg, for applicable years.

Something very specific to this program is the AGR Estimate Worksheet which is required to apply. The intro webinar goes over the worksheet in more detail. And, here's some help filling it out.
