You'll want to get familiar with the AGR Estimate Worksheet which is required to apply. This ~12 minute webinar goes over the worksheet and how to fill it out, line by line. And, here's some help filling it out.

3. Gather Documents

Review this checklist and start gathering the following: 

• W-9 Form

• CT Certificate of Legal Existence

• FSA Farm Number, if applicable

• Tax Parcel ID and physical address for each associated property

• IRS Schedule F (Form 1040) or other documentation as approved by CT DoAg, for applicable years.
